What this notice covers.
We collect the minimum we need to run gingerlabs.ai and to reply when you reach out. We do not assemble visitor profiles, sell data, or share with ad networks. You can ask us to access, export, or delete your data at any time — and we will action it.
What we collect on this site.
Page views, referrer, device class, country. We use this to understand which pages get used and where we lose people. We do not assemble visitor profiles, sell data, or share with ad networks.
What you give us in a form.
Name, work email, phone, company, role, vertical, primary workflow, stage, and optional comments. We use these to set up the right next step with you. They go to our CRM and to the team member who will reply.
Cookies.
Strictly necessary cookies only by default. Analytics cookies require opt-in. The opt-in is per-region and can be revoked any time from the privacy control in the footer.
Where data lives.
EU visitors: data is processed and stored in eu-west-1. US visitors: us-east-1. We do not move data between regions without your consent.
How long we keep it.
Form submissions: 24 months by default, then deleted unless you have become a customer (in which case retention follows your order form). Analytics events: 13 months. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights.
Access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email privacy@gingerlabs.ai from the address on file and we will action within 30 days, faster if jurisdictional rules require it.
Sub-processors.
We use a small set of sub-processors for hosting, analytics, CRM, and email. The list is on this page (request via legal@) and updated on change. Material changes get notice.
Children.
This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.
Changes.
We will give 30 days' notice of any material change to this notice via the on-page banner and via email to anyone on a marketing list.
